Gain Strength through Adversity!

Have you ever been told “NO”, turned down for a job, been yelled at by your boss or got caught up in a mess? I’m sure we have all been there one time or another.

Sadly, many are discouraged by such an event to the extend that they end up making life altering decisions based on emotions rather then strength!

Losing at work, in a relationship or just life will jolt the best of us through the multiple stages of grief… Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance. Some of us go through some of stages in minutes or hours, others will take days, week or longer to recover.

Only after acceptance, you can gain strength from adversity by understanding, learning and adjusting, making sure that appropriate course directions are made in a clear state of mind not in a period of great confusion.

Being humble, taking responsibility, making an apology will allow you to personally & professionally grow to another level.

Remember what I have said before, those who run in place, don’t take risk, will rarely face real adversity but also don’t change or transform anything.

Go out on a limb, be brave, go for it……believe in yourself and be confidently humble!
